The History of Clausen Aviation
Rich and Julie Clausen founded Clausen Aviation in 2004 in Norfolk, Nebraska. With over 20 years of corporate flying experience, Rich Clausen has become an expert in air travel. He began as a corporate pilot for local businesses along with being a flight instructor to potential pilots. In 2019 Rich and Julie purchased their own plane fulfilling Rich’s dream of owning and managing his own aircraft. In 2022, Rich received his Charter Certificate which has made it possible to fly for anyone not just people who were owners in the aircraft.
Julie Clausen, passionate about wellness, took it a step further by founding the Mile High Med Spa. The Mile High Med Spa offers a range of rejuvenating treatments designed to enhance passenger well-being during their flight. From skin care to nutrient supplementation, the med spa services aim to help travelers arrive at their destination feeling refreshed and energized. Together, they sought to create a convenient and unique private air travel experience for people at Clausen Aviation.
